About Barry.

Barry Mosher is the founder of BL Mosher Consulting where he brings more than 30 years of experience managing over 3 million square feet of space representing over $1 billion worth of managed projects to the firm.

With 15 years as a senior vice president for one of the world's largest mutual fund companies, managing real estate, overseeing design, asset management, procurement, programming, construction, lease administration, and property management  and 14 years as a contractor in the construction industry, Barry’s in-depth knowledge and vast network of industry leaders are among the firm’s most valuable assets.

Barry is known for his superior leadership skills and unrelenting attention to detail, budget, and schedules.

In his free time Barry enjoys boating and traveling and spending time with his dogs & wife.
