With over 12 years of experience in the building industry and a background in architecture and design, Danielle brings a deep understanding of project planning and coordination to her role as project manager. Her expertise includes oversight of design and construction teams, proactive communication, and a detail driven approach. Danielle strives to become an extension of her client teams in order to facilitate successful projects, and serves as a liaison between all stakeholders and project team members. Her collaborative attitude and initiative allows her to meet her clients ever-evolving needs and project goals while keeping the team, schedule and budget on track. Danielle holds a Masters of architecture from Virginia Tech and B.S. in Architecture from Roger Williams University.     About Derek. Derek began his career in 1986 as a licensed electrician. After 9 years as a commercial electrician he joined a Boston financial services firm. Here, in his role as a facilities engineer, he was responsible for overseeing the generator and UPS back-up systems as well as the cooling and mechanical systems of their large data center. This led to a promotion to assistant project manager for construction and move coordination. In 2013, Derek joined BL Mosher as field coordinator where he has become adept in the oversight of client moves, decommissioning, and troubleshooting on-site issues for projects throughout the US and Canada. Derek is happiest when he is working but does find time to relax in the mountains of New Hampshire where he enjoys fishing, boating, and snowmobiling.     About Barb. Joining BL Mosher Consulting in 2016, Barb oversees all office operations, bookkeeping and HR activities as well as serving as Barry’s Executive Assistant. She is focused on facilitating the company’s administrative operations to keep pace with its growth. Barb has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction office management. She learned the business from the ground up, starting as an admin to a small GC during a summer break from nursing school. Since construction is more fun than nursing, Barb switched her career track from healthcare to business and completed her education at Endicott College’s Van Loan School. Barb’s free time is spent on more creative pursuits, gardening, and construction projects around her home. With the exception of her children, she is most proud of her collection of power tools.
