    About Derek. Derek began his career in 1986 as a licensed electrician. After 9 years as a commercial electrician he joined a Boston financial services firm. Here, in his role as a facilities engineer, he was responsible for overseeing the generator and UPS back-up systems as well as the cooling and mechanical systems of their large data center. This led to a promotion to assistant project manager for construction and move coordination. In 2013, Derek joined BL Mosher as field coordinator where he has become adept in the oversight of client moves, decommissioning, and troubleshooting on-site issues for projects throughout the US and Canada. Derek is happiest when he is working but does find time to relax in the mountains of New Hampshire where he enjoys fishing, boating, and snowmobiling.     About Jane. Before joining BL Mosher Consulting, Jane was senior project manager & senior designer at Elkus Manfredi Architects in Boston working with firms such as Oxford Properties & Boston Properties specializing in workplace interiors and hospitality design. Jane began her career at Gensler’s New York office and IA Interior Architects. Jane earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at New School University, Parsons School of Design. Jane’s design portfolio includes Westfield Corporation’s U.S. Headquarters in Century City, Los Angeles (winner of the IIDA People’s Choice award), the renovation of the former Reebok Campus in Canton, Massachusetts, multiple mixed use commercial properties in the US as well notable financial firms’ office designs. Ivy joined BL Mosher in 2013 and has since been managing projects of all different scopes and sizes, all over the US and Canada. She loves to travel and her favorite “work trip” location so far has been to Portland Oregon, where she got to visit many times while working through a complicated three-phase 20,000 RSF refresh project.
